Please read these Shipping & Returns Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the Open Ministry website and/or the mobile application (the "Service") operated by Open Ministry ("us", "we", or "our").
By placing any order, request, accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms then you may not access or use the Service(s).
ORDERING:
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the website or any Service offered ("Purchase"), you agree to our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Returns Policy, and the Terms & Conditions of Use.
SHIPPING, PROCESSING AND HANDLING:
ORDERS WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS.
OUR SHIPPING CARRIER, THE UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE ("USPS"), MAY NOT DELIVER ON SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, HOLIDAYS OR TO SOME POST OFFICE BOXES.
THE SHIPPING ESTIMATES BELOW ARE PROVIDED BY USPS. ESTIMATES APPLY ONLY TO CONTINENTAL DOMESTIC ORDERS AFTER THEY HAVE BEEN SHIPPED.
FIRST-CLASS MAIL APPROXIMATE SHIPPING TIME: 4 - 7 BUSINESS DAYS
PRIORITY MAIL APPROXIMATE SHIPPING TIME: 2 - 4 BUSINESS DAYS
EXPRESS MAIL APPROXIMATE SHIPPING TIME: 1 - 2 BUSINESS DAYS
NOTE: Scheduled delivery date depends on origin, destination, and drop-off time. Some restrictions apply. In most cases, the expected delivery date estimated at checkout will reflect a delivery time based on shipping method selected. The timeliness of service to or from destinations outside the contiguous USA may be affected by the limited availability of transportation.
OPEN MINISTRY USES THE TRACKING INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USPS TO VALIDATE SHIPMENT OF THE DELIVERY ADDRESS AND DOES NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR PACKAGES THAT ARE DAMAGED, LOST, STOLEN, OR OTHERWISE "MISDELIVERED".
WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND TO TRACK THE PACKAGE FREQUENTLY AND ENSURE THERE IS SOMEONE TO RECEIVE THE PACKAGE WHEN IT ARRIVES. YOU CAN TRACK ANY PACKAGE ON USPS.COM OR VIA YOUR MINISTER ACCOUNT PAGE. TRACKING INFORMATION AND LINKS CAN BE LOCATED ON THE ORDERS PAGE ONCE YOUR PACKAGE HAS BEEN SHIPPED.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION:
OPEN MINISTRY IS UNABLE TO MODIFY, CHANGE OR OTHERWISE ALTER A SHIPMENT ADDRESS AFTER YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED, PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK THAT YOUR ADDRESS AND SHIPMENT INFORMATION IS CORRECT PRIOR TO COMPLETING YOUR REQUEST FOR CREDENTIALS.
IF A PACKAGE IS RETURNED TO OPEN MINISTRY DUE TO AN INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE SHIPPING ADDRESS PROVIDED BY A CUSTOMER, OR IF THE PACKAGE IS MARKED "UNCLAIMED", "REFUSED", "UNABLE TO FORWARD" OR OTHER SUCH INDICATIONS THAT THE CUSTOMER FAILED TO RECEIVE THE PACKAGE AS ADDRESSED / DELIVERED; THE CUSTOMER AGREES TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING AS WELL AS ANY RESHIPMENT COST. OPEN MINISTRY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES DELIVERED INCORRECTLY OR LOST DUE TO INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE SHIPPING INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE CUSTOMER.
IT IS THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO PROVIDE A CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS. TO PREVENT A DELAY IN RESHIPMENT OR A 20% RESTOCKING FEE, PROVIDE YOUR CORRECT AND CURRENT ADDRESS. IF THERE IS AN ADDRESS REQUEST CHANGE AFTER THE ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED, PRINTED OR THE PACKAGE HAS ALREADY BEEN MARKED FOR SHIPMENT; OPEN MINISTRY CANNOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY IF THE PACKAGE IS LOST OR IF USPS CHARGES THE CUSTOMER AN EXTRA FEE.
OPEN MINISTRY IS UNABLE TO SHIP TO INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES AS DETERMINED BY THE USPS. IF AN INCOMPLETE ADDRESS IS SUPPLIED, THE ORDER WILL BE PLACED "ON-HOLD" AND A NOTICE WILL BE POSTED ON THE ORDER. IF A COMPLETE SHIPPING ADDRESS IS NOT SUPPLIED FOR MORE THAN 14 BUSINESS DAYS, ANY ORDER "ON-HOLD" IS SUBJECT TO CANCELATION AND WILL RESULT IN A RESTOCKING FEE OF 20%.
IF AN INCORRECT ADDRESS IS SUPPLIED AND ANY SHIPMENT, ONCE RETURNED TO US, WE WILL CONTACT YOU WITH RESHIPMENT OPTIONS. OPEN MINISTRY CAN NOT PROCESS AND RESHIP ANY PACKAGE, CREDENTIALS OR ORDER UNTIL THE ORIGINAL PACKAGE IS IN OUR POSSESSION, RETURNED AND PROCESSED AS A RETURN.
OPEN MINISTRY CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR SERVICE FAILURES BY DOMESTIC DELIVERY COURIERS RESULTING FROM HOLIDAY VOLUME TRAFFIC, ACTS OF NATURE OR INCLEMENT WEATHER AT, NEAR OR EN ROUTE TO THE DELIVERY ADDRESS PROVIDED. BECAUSE THESE FACTORS ARE OUT OF OUR CONTROL, THE DELIVERY TIMELINE ESTIMATES WILL CEASE TO BE INEFFECTIVE IF DELIVERY IS DELAYED OR POSTPONED DUE TO SEVERE WEATHER CONDITIONS OR HOLIDAY TRAFFIC VOLUME.
OPEN MINISTRY MAY, AT ITS DISCRETION, CALL, EMAIL OR OTHERWISE ATTEMPT TO CONTACT THE OWNER OF THE ORDER. IT IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY TO PROVIDE DUE DILIGENCE TO ENSURE THAT THEIR ORDER IS EXECUTED; IN RESPECT TO CUSTOMER PROVIDED SHIPMENT INFORMATION.
