Open Ministry’s journey began in 2009 with a singular vision: to create a welcoming community where individuals could become ordained to perform ceremonies for friends, family, and their communities. What started as a resource for wedding officiants has grown into a global network of service.

For over 15 years, we have remained dedicated to providing free, accessible, and non-denominational ordination to anyone feeling called to serve. We believe that the power to officiate weddings, baptisms, funerals, and other life rites belongs to those with a spiritual purpose, regardless of their background, beliefs, or religious affiliation.
