Shipping, processing and handling
All orders received before 5:00 pm EST Monday through Friday will be processed within two business days, in the order which they were received. Orders received after 5:00 pm EST, during weekends or holidays, will be processed within three business days. Our shipping carrier is the United States Postal Service. USPS does not deliver Sundays or holidays.
The guidelines below are estimates provided by USPS - after your order has been processed.

Approximate shipping time is 2-3 business days
USPS Express Shipping
Guaranteed 1-2 business days
NOTE: Shipping costs will depend on the weight of the order, selected shipping method and the shipping destination. This amount is calculated during checkout.
When can I expect my package to arrive?
Each order is custom made and one of a kind. We begin processing your order once it is placed. Please allow 1-3 business day(s) for the fulfillment of your order (this does not include transit time for shipping).
Once you place an order at our online bookstore, you will receive an order confirmation email. You will receive a second confirmation email once your order has been shipped. In addition, you may check the status of your order at any time by logging in to My Account. Ordering by mail
To order by mail, please create a shopping cart online. Before you checkout print the shopping cart and mail it, include a check or money order for the correct amount made payable to Open Ministry. Mail orders to: Open Ministry PO Box 122990 San Diego CA 92112. As soon as payment has been received, we will ship your order. Please note that ordering by mail will prolong the handling and shipping process by approximately 5-7 business days.
Returns, exchanges, cancellations
Due to the customized nature of our products we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds. Please check the details of your order before you Checkout. All sales are final. Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable. There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping. In the event that your package was damaged in transit, please contact USPS to file a claim.

We will make every effort to ensure delivery of orders in affected regions, because these factors are out of our control, the delivery timeline estimates will cease to be in effective if delivery is delayed or postponed due to severe weather conditions or holiday's traffic volume.
